How do I I exclude sales to Puerto Rico

When I go to Account Info Account Setting > Shipping Preferences, it only brings up Exclude shipping locations; I want to exclude certain regions and can't locate this feature anywhere.

If you can include the URL that would be great!!

In your seller shipping preferences there is a checkbox labeled "US Protectorates"

This would exclude Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.

Exclude shipping locations (ebay.com)

It's a dead link.  Not sure, but the op may be looking for the:

Then op can create a new policy excluding PR.

The current links for excluding regions shows:

And does not allow the OP to edit the policy.

The link works fine for me, but may require you to have setup exclusions and saved once before before you see the following

The link works fine for me, too, even though I have nothing checked off. Perhaps it only works with computers and not app/ phones?

No, I'm on a regular laptop, win 10, edge, etc...I tried it over and over and get the image displayed as shown.  I saved and I canceled it, nothing. 

I'll check some more policies and see if I can figure out why it won't open up for me.  Maybe I have a bad policy?

@krazzykats  Sounds like something is indeed strange. I use a similar setup Win11/Edge on my PC

The save button doesnt do anything? I recently reported a faulty submit/save button that ONLY fails using edge...when I use Chrome it works fine. You cannot currently 'report a seller' via Edge.

Reported as bug to the technical forum, but I never get replies to those posts. /shrug

Did a clean up on policies and still that link won't work.  Created a new shipping policy to test with, saved it, went back to the above link, and still nothing, can't get past that page. 

But I can still create shipping policies through the link I provided so not all is lost, yet.

But then what happens if you click on the link (as seen in the image) for "Edit shipping policies"?
