How can sellers outside from the US ship products to the US?

Located in Paris, I sold a product to a US costumer and can not ship it to the US, ebay saying:

"Your ship-from address must be in the United States to purchase a label" "There are no services available to ship from this address"

how can i solve this problem?

No it is not necessary to use an eBay label.

hello,but what if when the package goes to the buyer he reach for return of the money and he get the package for what he buyed??
