How can i resend the the item

one of the item i shipped to USA till not Delivered to buyer. The buyer is my regular customer, so i want resend the item again. How can it proceed it? where is the place i want enter new tracking?

Find the order - from shipped and awaiting feedback or under all orders and click edit tracking number - it's a link right next to the number.  That will open a window with a link to add an additional tracking number.

You can also go to the actual sold item in MY Ebay under ORDERS.   Find LABELS.   See if you see a link for print another label.  It might be a drop down menu on the left side of the order.

You can not use the same label for different items. The original is in the system as being used
