Everytime I list something this appears in the shipping section:
Flat: USPSPriority $8.00, 3 business days 523374ccc014000 (1 listing)
I want to change it so that I can add Ground Advantage. There are no options to do that.
I went to Business Policies and deleted the shipping choices but it still appears.
Also this appears in shipping and payments: eBay Managed Payments 52337418bdbd000. I cannot delete any of these options.

You cannot delete them because they are assigned to active listings. Re-read my above post and thoroughly review the biz policy set up tutorial in my signature below.
To repeat: you have to assign a new policy to whichever listing is tied to that policy before you can delete it. You cannot delete a policy that's assigned to a listing.

Do you have a business policy for Ground Advantage? If you do, assign it to the one listing currently using that auto-generated Priority policy then delete that Priority policy. If you don't, then create the Ground Advantage policy and follow the same steps.
What you posted shows that 1 listing is currently assigned to that Priority policy.
Add the Ground Advantage policy when creating the new listing by selecting it from the drop-down.
You can also clean up any other policies for Payments and Returns. There's a current system issue, related to EIS, where policies are auto-generating duplicates. So far eBay hasn't been able to fix it.
More info on setting up and managing business policies can be found in the link in my signature below.

I'm trying to erase or delete everything! But since creating these options I cannot delete them.

Can you screenshot me? or send step by step instructions.
1. End the listing?
2. Go to Business Policies and delete the selections?
How do I do that?
