Right now I have a one business day shipping time on my listings. However, since the USPS is deciding NOT to scan packages in a timely manner and I am getting dings for late shipping (as are many people), I want to change my time to 2 or 3 days.
I am having trouble in my account settings finding out where to do that. Can somebody give me detailed instructions? Surely would appreciate it.

Two ways. In my opinion, editing the Business Policies is easier.
1. If you use Seller Hub, go to Listings>Active. On the left hand column, you should see Business Policies. Edit all your Shipping Policies for the handling time. "Save" on the bottom of the page.
2. Go to your Active Listings, click on the listings then bulk edit. I suggest editing in batches of 50 or lower.
Some sellers see Handling Time on the Edit Fields. (I don't, that's why I go the Business Policies route.)
Hit Change to, then type or choose desired handling time.
The reason I also highly recommend Business Policies is that all future listings will have the desired handling time and quicker to choose shipping policy.

Try going to your “active listings” and follow the prompts. I *think* you can bulk edit your handling time there
