My Printer ink ran out so my paid shipping label did not print correctly. I went to the post office and mailed it from there with a new routing number. I see I can add a routing number (and did) but I can't seem to delete the already created one. I have canceled the the original label and I understand will receive a refund from USPS for original shipping label. Is there a way to change the routing number to this item I shipped? Or do I just email the buyer with new one.

Just message the buyer with the new number and explain what happened. You can then add the new number to the sale. You do that where you leave feedback there is a drop down to add more tracking numbers. However, you can only add more, you can't remove any. That can confuse a buyer so I always explain in a message.

Go to your paid and shipped orders https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:PAID_SHIPPED
Find the transaction. Next to the tracking number you will see the word "edit". Click that, enter the new tracking number and save. Be sure to REMOVE the old number.
