eBay just changed the time that we pay for shipping labels in their most recent update at the beginning of the month. They made it so that we pay for all labels in advance, instead of just paying upon arrival for UPS and USPS labels.
So since the new update, we are told to void all labels "Within 5 days or 120 hours". Well, I accidentally made a shipping label for the wrong address (mixed up two orders) and when I go to the "manage shipping labels" page it simply says that UPS labels cannot be voided as I am not charged until the item is delivered, which isn't true any more. eBay updated some parts of the system, but not others, in classic eBay form...
Anyone know how to get around this? If we have to void them, how can I do it? If we don't have to, well, that's not what their page says so they need to switch back their messaging.

Your account has not yet been switched over to pay UPS/FedEx upfront based on the message in the second screenshot @llscience . These types of changes are always phased rollouts that take months to enroll all sellers.
You don't yet have to worry about paying for UPS upfront, but when you do the void process will be going to this page, finding the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.
