I have buyers that would like to purchase multiple items from me. I ask them to request an invoice from me but they tell me they are not able to. Is there something that I need to do on my end for them to be able to do so? What are the steps to request an invoice and combine shipping? Thanks.

I usually just send a refund or set up a special listing that includes everything they want if it is some of my normal stock items

Two things to know.........
- It's not possible to Request Total if you are using the App.
- Under some circumstances the ability to Request Total is disabled on the desktop.
For the later it can be various reasons such as; the items have free shipping, the buyer has other items in the Cart from other sellers, eBay decides for unexplained reasons to require "forced" immediate payment.
In these situations you have a choice;
- ask the buyer for a list of the items and create a custom listing
- have the buyer pay the full amount and refund the difference (as of May 1 eBay will refund fees on partial refunds).
In my experience the App is the most frequent reason, somewhere in the 50% range of all eBay transactions involve mobile devices.
