This was the first time this has ever happened to me. Just wondering what to do about it after looking all over the place. Some I found had the problem but never a remedy was posted after. Definitely would like to know for future reference.
Yesterday I printed off a label on Ebay and it immediately gave me the swirling, executing icon that hung up on my screen after I clicked the pay for shipping button. It remained for a long time. It never did end and I just used the back button because no sounds happened immediately to alert me in my emails that it was transacted. When I went back to the original page to purchase label, it showed nothing new and looked like it would when you first go to print a shipping label. I hit print again and it worked this time. I had sound on 2 email notifications that the same transaction happened twice after I clicked on print the second time. I went into Ebay labels after finishing up my package and it shows only one USPS label created for that customer for that amount. That is great and good. But I decided to go into my Paypal account after I heard my alert email and found that there are 2 charges with different transactions for the same amount. None of the id's or transaction numbers match up with the original sale on Ebay. How do I get my duplicate shipping back from Paypal for USPS label when Ebay only shows one? I was hoping something would have changed this morning but it hasn't. Just checked it all over again and I still have one transaction with Ebay with one label and Paypal shows 2 USPS labels paid for on the same amount at the same time for that buyer. Thanks.

call paypal. they can see same amount and same time. I think tho that after like no more than 7 days 1 drops off as it didnt get the completed authorization. Test it and wait before calling PayPal and let us know.

If PayPal can't help, you can go to your Shipping Label page under selling and see if 2 labels show up for the same transaction. If they do, void the one that you didn't print. Then you'll have to wait for the refund from USPS. Thar can take up to 2 weeks I've heard.
Make sure the listing has the correct tracking number.

USPS refunds are 3 weeks, per USPS (and experience)

Post said only 1 actual label was made. Same tracking number so can't void. Was charged 2x but 1 will drop off when transaction not completed. Each transaction has a unique authorization code. One will not complete

Just an update. 10 days later I received an email from Ebay stating that Ebay Inc Shipping issued my refund and put it back into the account in which it was in.
