I am a Seller and have not sold multiple items in several years. I used to be able to group together items and send an invoice to the buyer. I have multiple auctions ending on Sunday and would like to combine the shipping where appropriate. I cannot find how to set this up after the auction closes and before the buyer needs to pay. I always ship multiple items in one package.
If the system forces the buyer to pay each item individually then ethically I refund the total overage. Ok for the buyer but then I am paying eBay fees on the overcharged shipping which could be costly.
So if someone can tell me how to combine shipping easily I would appreciate it. Thank you, Rita in Philly

If you haven't set up combined shipping rules on the listings ahead of time, the buyer should be able to go to the cart and click on 'request total' so that you can send them an invoice.
I haven't run an auction in a long time but I thought that at one time once the auctions were over you could click on one of the orders so that all of the items won by that person came up together and then you could send an invoice. Is that not possible now?

Go to seller hub -> orders awaiting shipment. Then check the boxes next to the two items, hit shipping -> print shipping labels. Then there should be a button at the top to “combine orders per buyer.”

My mobile app does not have any buttons at the top

I would get a PC as soon as possible. Essential if you’re a regular seller. Otherwise use the browser and eBay.com not the app to do things unavailable in the app. It can be a pain to navigate on a phone still!

That is usually an option to combine. However, when I click on the two items to combine, the "combine" tab isn't highlighted to click on it?? Won't let me???
