Hong Kong added to USPS eDelCon list?

Printed my first 2018 USPS parcel label to Hong Kong.  Surprised to see Post Expres and LZ prefix to the customs declaration number for delivery confirmation service.

Anyone notice new countries added this year?

Hong Kong hasn't been added as an e-delcon country https://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immc2_022.htm

I received a reply from USPS tech support and was provided with the current list of eDelCon countries.

BOTH Hong Kong and Thailand are ADDED this year.  Puzzeling why USPS has not updated their online list.  I have mailed parcels this week to both Hong Kong and Thailand and they have the eDelCon Expres and "scan" icons on the label.
