You are not contacting eBay employees on these boards, we are other buyer and sellers so cannot see what you bought or what the status of your order is. 

Did you buy as a guest or were you signed in? If signed in, the information gator08041971 posted should help. If you bought as a guest, you should have received an email sent to the one you used for the order with information about your order.

I don't find a current seller by that name. Maybe they've shut him down. If you need to reach out to eBay C/S, start with a message on the eBay facebook page. You'll open a two-way (email) conversation with Reps that may actually be able to offer advice and help. Good luck.
