I was away from home for some emergency, i am back home and found an email from seller to return item before 11th july. Its july 9th today, can i mail my item now..?

Why does the seller want the return?
Did you not like the item?
If so, how did you make this known to the seller?
When and how did you do that?

Well then you have until tomorrow to ship the item back to your seller.  Just follow your seller's instructions.  I'm not sure why you came to the boards for this.  You need to be communicating with your seller.  

Life does sometimes get in the way of handling things on Ebay, but the timelines are what they are.  They will not be relaxed due to a personal emergency.  So just keep talking with your seller and get your item packaged and shipped back tomorrow.  Make sure you have tracking on the package so you can prove you mailed it.
