Help?

I ordered a buy now product for 44$. A day later I recived an email saying I did not win the auction. So I checked the sellers page and they relisted the product. Do you think I will recive a refund??

Was there a request or some indication from ebay to pay ? 

How did you submit your payment , PayPal, credit card ?

 Are you in the US ?

You didn't order if you it was an auction, since they told you that you didn't win.

 

You don't say you paid for anything, which you couldn't do if you didn't win.  So no refund.

 

If you provide more details, you may get more accurate help.

If you didn't win the auction, then no refund.

We are happy to help you, but we are going to need a bit of information first.

 

I ordered a buy now product for 44$. A day later I recived an email saying I did not win the auction.

These two statements contradict each other.  Did you click on a button that said "buy it now"?  Or did you bid on an "auction"?  Now an auction can have a buy it now button, but I'm unclear if you bid on an auction or actually clicked the buy it now button for a fixed price.

 

So I checked the sellers page and they relisted the product. Do you think I will recive a refund??

Ordering an item or agreeing to purchase an item is not the same as paying for the item.  Did you pay for the item?  Look in your Purchase history and see if it is there.  If you are unsure how to locate that information, just ask.

Yes, please give us the item number / listing number of the item you felt you purchased.  That will make things a little easier to figure out.

 

Did you pay with PayPal?

If so, do you see the payment in your PayPal account?
