Help!!!!!!!!

Hello

Scott Cutler
SVP, Americas Marketplace
eBay

How about you look into my eBay acct and see how I've continued to be srcewed over by your sellers and your help team from the Philippines dosent do anything but read from a script.  I've given you documents with clear dates and tracking numbers  with signed documentation from the United States postal service the the seller was behaving fraudulent and still nothing was done. I believe that someone needs to be overseeing eBay operations because there are so many loop holes that need to be fixed. Your customers are what keeps your boat floating and it's due time you change your business practices to start supporting all parties involved.  Seller can pretty much scam buyers and yes be given a bad rating ECT woo whooo!!  But it's so easy to just great a different acct and continue on like noting even happened.  I'm new to purchasing on ebay but I'm no ignorant fool to what I plainly see.  So do something about it please.  And whoever reads this please send this to the person on notice

Because soon enough companies like Amazon are going to sink your boat I'm sure there is another company around the corner somewhere in the world that's going to do it right.  Get it together please so we can enjoy purchasing without the constant worry of loss of our money.  This is the 21st century HELLO!!!!!!!!!

Help!!!!!!!!

This is a ebay user forum.  Scott will never see your post.  Maybe if you explain what happened others here can help you.

Help!!!!!!!!

its very hard for a buyer to be 'screwed over' on Ebay. But when you buy almost exclusively from China, you can expect problems.

Help!!!!!!!!

If you have a problem, and if you file the appropriate Ebay cases during the appropriate timeframe, and act promptly it is 99.999999% IMPOSSIBLE for a buyer to get scammed.

If you ignore Ebay's money back guarantee (which is on almost every single item sold here) and try to deal directly with the seller, then that's on YOU.  You allow yourself to get scammed.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Help!!!!!!!!

Sorry you are so frustrated. Maybe try posting the actual problem you are having and someone can help steer you in the right direction. If you went through ebay and filed a warranted claim, it is unlikely you will get ripped off. This is a member to member forum not an intervention board. Someone on here will likely have some good advice for you. Give it a try.

Help!!!!!!!!

This is a member to member discussion board so it isn't possible for us to look at your account.  Of course, I doubt that you would want us to have that capability anyway.  You will probably have better luck with your issue by contact eBay directly.
