How do I contact a human, please? I have sold and posted an item (wiith proof of posting) which is still being described as needing to be dispatched… this is preventing me from advertising similar items… HELP!

Since we cannot see your listings or your sold items, you'd probably do better posting your question on the UK eBay site.

I know that you are in the UK.  Did you put the tracking # ?   If yes and it still shows NEED TO SHIP , did you try marking the item as SHIPPED?   Anyway, this could be another Ebay glitch.  If the item shows movement, then you should be OK.  Make sure that you have emailed your buyer and told him that you shipped the item.    If this is indeed a glitch,  at least we know that ebay runsthe UK site as well as the US site.   I have had some of my items show not shipped and I did ship.  After a few days,  it showed shipped.
