Hi all,
I sold an item and the buyer specified UPS shipping. I assumed when I put in my package specs that Ebay would offer options supported by Ebay. Evidently I assumed wrong, and I don't have a UPS account.
Should I email the buyer and ask if he would be okay if I ship FedEx or USPS?
Did the buyer actually specify UPS or is this just some kind of Ebay default as I found out the last time I tried to ship something?
Thanks,
Jean

I wasn't aware that I specified any company -- I'll have to be more careful! I'll contact the buyer and ask. Thanks so much.

Assuming this is for the valve assembly listing, I only see UPS or local pickup as an option. If you listed other options, it's possible that that ebay isn't showing them until the buyer goes to check out so the buyer may not have noticed other options. You can contact the buyer and ask if they prefer UPS or if you can ship xxx instead but you can't charge them more.

PayPal offers UPS as a shipping option. Just go to your PayPal account and ship from there. Just make sure the tracking copies over to eBay
