Hello,
I’m trying to purchase an item from the US (I’m in the UK). The seller has agreed to ship to me but can’t amend the listing to offer international shipping. Despite several tries, it still says ‘Doesn't post to United Kingdom’.
Can anyone please advise how a US seller would add uk (letter rate) shipping to their listing?
Thank you!

The problem is the letter rate does not come with a tracking number.
I read nobody can print a domestic or international label through eBay with the letter rate.
The seller has use an alternative like the USPS retail counter, stamps.com, pirateship.com, Paypal, etc.
Without a tracking number, the seller has no protection if an Item Not Received case is opened.
Your purchase is MERCHANDISE that should be sent as a PARCEL with a CUSTOMS DECLARATION and a TRACKING NUMBER.
Sending the merchandise by Letter Rate has the appearance of CIRCUMVENTING the system.

See attached. Seller needs edit the item, check the appropriate country boxes and pick the delivery service. And save the settings.
