Hi All!
Recently I used the resolution centre to open an Item not as described case for an item I have received that did not fit the image/description of the product, and I got an email, but I am not sure where to go from here?
I was told something about a return label shipping but I am not sure how this works. If i press "Email a return label" will the seller pay for the postage as they needed to? Sorry for my lack of knowledge!
