Hello I have a question. An order was shipped Tuesday has been in accepted but has Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending since. I did talk to the post office customer service about this but didn't open the cause due to being the buyer. The rep said that it could be that the item was in a bulk shipment, but really wasn't. I did contact the seller about it but was told not to worry about it unless it is two weeks late. The thing is I paid for prority mail and the guarantee date was today according to ebay. The rep said that the latest the shipment should get to me is Monday. Should I give it till Wednesday and contact both to find out where the item is. I have been using ebay for years, but this is the first time something like this has happen. Any recommendations would be helpful.
