Hi All,
I have a local customer who didn't know she could choose the "Local Pick up" option. She paid for the shipping, now i'm getting notifications that I need to ship/shipping is late. Is there a way for me to go back and refund the shipping and edit it to local pick up so I don't get in trouble for not "shipping"?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not at this point. You can mark the item as 'shipped' and that will cover it (although if already late, that will not change the ding in your metrics). Then you can refund the shipping portion to the customer- either in person when they pick up or on ebay.

Thanks for your input. That's where the problem is, I know there used to be an option to Mark As Shipped but I'm not finding it, or finding the correct page it should be the option on

The option should be in the drop down menu next to the item.
