Okay, I'm confused. I was setting up a new listing just now for which I will offer international shipping via USPS First Class International (just an inexpensive small bicycle part, less than 4 ounces, nothing critical or high-value). This is the full list of international USPS shipping options:
What is the difference between the highlighted line that I expected to see, and the "USPS First Class Mail International Parcel" at the bottom of that same grouping? I had the latter already chosen in my earlier listing from which I am copying here (via Sell Similar), but I'm confused about why I am seeing two options for what seems like the same thing. Clarification welcome; thanks.
