Help please

Hello. So recently, I've bought 1 item from this seller. Seller shipped the item out on 5th May, and there are 2 tracking numbers. Estimated delivery was supposed to be 9th May.

The first tracking number shows that it is delivered, however, I haven't received it. The second tracking number only shows that a label was created on 5th May and nothing else. Did I get scammed and should I get a refund?

If the first tracking number shows delivered, you have no case. Have you checked with neighbors? Or you can go to the post office and ask them to pull the number up on their gps and make sure it was delivered to your address. As for the second tracking number, idk..maybe the seller printed a second label by mistake,and just didnt use it?

Basically the first tracking number said it was delivered, but the second number said that it is awaiting item. I'm sure the item is not delivered and have requested a refund but the seller is insisting that the item is not delivered yet according to the 2nd label. hmmm...

Sounds like a confused seller,if the first tracking number shows delivered you dont have a case.The second tracking number should show some kind of scan after six days.
