I sold a tv and the buyer said it came in broken. So, I said I would return it after I receive it in the mail back to me. I then received it and asked the buyer for their PayPal. I only refunded them for the shipping because I realized it was past 14 days my return policy. Now almost 50 days after the purchase date they now make a claim on eBay saying they recieved a broken tv and never got a refund. What do I do.

It didn't take 50 days for the buyer to say it arrived broken. They OP said she already received it back by day 20, but she decided to only refund the shipping since it was past the 14 day return window. It was day 50 when the buyer opened the request on eBay because the OP didn't refund as promised. Any claim OP may have had was negated by having the buyer send it back. OP needs to refund the original price and shipping (original or return - whichever was not refunded already).

Well, its really 180 after the transaction, not received. Just to be accurate. 😉
EBay is 30 days after it is received.
