The main day!
Please tell me what to do, was in such a situation. I bought from the seller fatfingers1964-1 this product:
The seller gave a tracking number (or rather, I found this number in my correspondence 9461209699939112523105), and everything seemed to be normal. But I buy a lot of different goods. And the other day I realized that the goods from fatfingers1964-1 came to me. The parcel is gone. The dispute can not be opened on ebay, it's time. I wrote to the seller that the mall did not receive the goods, to which he responds that he sent and gave again the tracking number, but the second number for some reason differs from the first (9114901496450930192487).
But it turns out that not the first number is not tracked.
I asked the seller if he sent the parcel, that he would go to the post office and asked if the parcel could be returned. But he wrote that all my subsequent messages would be deleted and that I would not write to him anymore.
It seems to me that he deceived me. What to do?

First off, your post is very hard to understand. Perhaps you can read it and clear things up.

By this do you mean that the item was scanned delivered but you cant find it?
If so call the Post Office and ask where the carried put it.
And if so then yes you can not open a case, theft from your residence is a police matter, not a eBay matter, file a police report and inform the PO that there are Porch Pirates in the area. The only thing the seller can do in this case is provide you with a description of the package.
NOW if this is not the case (like I said your post is hard to understand), and if the tracking does not show delivered or in transit to you and the estimated time of delivery has passed then you file a INR (item not received) with ebay.
