Help me ebay!

How do I get help from eBay ? I saw that a purchase had been made in my purchase history on eBay. I looked into my PayPal account and could not find said purchase. I contacted the seller and requested a refund. The seller tells me that I have paid for the item with my credit card, and he doesn't see a way to cancel my order. I called eBay talked to them and was told that he would most likely refund my money instead of having a case opened. Three days have passed.After I explained to seller how to cancel the order without any charges he still hasn't shipped my item. I have no shipping # to prove it. I feel like this is fraud! Can someone help?

If you believe it's fraud, you should call your credit card company to report it. 

 

If you think you can wait until morning, you can contact eBay through their live chat. Click the link below, scroll to the bottom, and click on "Contact Us".

I also heard that eBay has a Facebook page and Twitter and are very responsive on those platforms, but I am not certain. There are community members that talk about this. 

 

I always used the live chat option, and it works great for me. A transcript of your conversation will be sent to you after your conversation.

Call your credit card company and let them know it has been compromised.

  • If the seller has not shipped the item, it should not matter how you paid. They should be able to cancel the transaction. As long as the seller has not shipped the item. I had a buyer buy an item after 12 hours it was on the way to the buyer via fedex with tracking when I was contacted stating they did not order the item. I told them if you think your eBay account was hacked to contact ebay and let them know. As the seller the item was already on the way there was nothing else I could have done at that point.
