My boss bougth a laptop at ebay´s platform
from USA to Mexico, but he decided to return it.
But I don´t know where exactly it arrived in USA (adress).
The seller told me this..
They must have sent it back to eBay’s global shipping center. Not to my address. That is how eBay’s global shipping program works: I ship to eBay and then eBay ships to you. They are responsible for the international shipping part. You will have to contact eBay to get it. You can email them.
DHL sent me this:
Destination Service Area:
ERLANGER, KY - ERLANGER - USA
I whant to know whom or where can I locate or contact ?
I realy hope someone can help me please
Regards.

This is the address. But if your boss simply refused the delivery, and it went back to Erlanger, it is gone: The eBay Global Shipping Program disposes of returned shipments, and does not send them back to the sellers.

This is an important distinction ...
Did your boss open a Return on eBay?
or
Did your boss refuse delivery of the laptop?
If they opened a Return and the seller provided the return address and/or label ... then your boss is covered. It was delivered to the address that the seller provided as a return address in the Return. They can ask eBay to step in, through the Returns menu, if the seller does not refund
If they just refused delivery, then they voided their MBG privileges and the laptop is gone.
