Help! Sold, tried to print shipping label, never printed, now it says SHIPPED!

Yes, it says SHIPPED, but it has not. It charged me $7.25 (no eBay discount) and never gave me an opportunity to print, nor does it say reprint label. How do I print a label or what do I do now? Sorry for having to post the question, but I have done this a hundred times and it has never acted this way. Thanks for any help!

If the suggestion in the other post doesn't work, try here. You can reprint an eBay postage label up to 24 hours after purchase.

When you purchase a label for Parcel Select Ground, eBay doesn't show a discount because Parcel Select IS the online discounted rate; at the Post Office counter, the equivalent service is called Retail Ground.  Both services used to be known as Parcel Post.  That price of $7.25 is for sending a one-pound item to Zone 3; you could send it for less as a First Class package.

Go to your ORDERS and click on SHIPPING LABELS.  You should be able to find the transaction and click on REPRINT.
