Help Needed Regarding Shippment (and may be Tracking) Issue

New to ebay, and I had won a bid last month.  According to the tracking information provieded by ebay, the item I bought arrived at USPS Facility at Apr 2, but there is not any tracking update since then.

So I just want to check what is wrong with my package and tied to find more information or help from USPS website, however when I use the tracking number given by ebay in USPS Tracking, it told me that "The tracking number may be incorrect or the status update is not yet available". And when I try to talk to USPS Customer Serve, they insist I provide the correct USPS Tracking number (and again, the one provide by ebay is not recognized by them).

The Estimated delivery date is soon, what should or can I do to help my situation, to know the status and get the package successfully? Please provide some advice.

Ah, the dreaded "In transit" message. It means either it will be a while before your package gets delivered, or they have lost it. I still have a package "in transit" to the buyer since February. I have had to refund the buyer several hundred dollars and the USPS still has the item "in transit".

I had a package that had something wrong in the qcode and it kept going in a circle.  The address was correct as printed but the data in the qcode was wrong.

I am hopeful you will get your item, but it is exasperating waiting like this.

that number is not a regular USPS tracking number

its an ESUS number and it goes a bit slower

the tracking take a while longer to show up for some reason

esus is used for EISD packages and the newer letter for cards

It looks as if your package was stuck in Carson for quite a while.   If you look on the right side of the page it shows the Canada Post tracking number but I just checked and it hasn't been received by them yet.  If tracking doesn't update on eBay you can check on the parcelapp.com site or on Canada Post.

If you don't receive the parcel by the expected delivery date, make sure that you file an item not received claim within 30 days after that date.

Hey @wz10479760191. The post above from @pjcdn2005 is spot on. Just want to add in that when you track the ESUS number on a third party site you can see the package finally left CA on the 25th. It appears that scan didn't populate to eBay based on your screenshot, but movement as of 3 days ago is a great sign that the package should get to you sooner rather than later.
