Help! Label formatting issues

Hi, my account is set up for 4x6 label printing. I do not have a printer capable of 8.5x11 paper. My customer is on a military base and the label includes a customs form. It won't pop up in 4x6 format. I called Ebay and they sent me a label that is giving me the same issue. I want to get it out today. Already paid for the label. I doubt Ebay is actually going to call me back. Anyone have this issue? I had the same problem with a return label in the past and was sent a printable label. Idk why this one won't work. I just can't seem to 'crop' it to fit a 4x6 in any settings I've tried.

if you ask a question like this, it is necessary to mention the type of printer you use, so people who may have the same type can help you better. I use pirateship and both the domestic and int'l labels are printed in the same position on an 8.5 x 11 inches paper.
