Help! I can't print a shipping label!

Hi! I sold some shoes last night and when I go to buy the label, I get an error message saying Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label. What should I do?

Hi, this happens from time to time. Try signing out and clearing your cache, then trying again. If that doesn't work, you can always print a label from pirateship.com.

you can also purchase shipping labels directly from carrier site ie. USPS.com or UPS.com or Fedex.com. Can also use Paypal.com.

The most IMPORTANT thing you do is manually enter the tracking number for that order after you purchase label. 

99% of the time, just "re-try" the ebay shipping labels 10 seconds later and it will work
