You would just need to revise and remove all international shipping options from your listings.

It is easy to only allow shipping to the US by adjusting the shipping options on when you list an item.  But that will not prevent a buyer from outside the US to use a fright forwarder and it will not prevent such a person form using a payment from outside the US that will incur a foreign transaction surcharge.  But I have never had an issue with a freight forwarder and the surcharge is not that high.

Keep in mind, however, as@m60drvr states, that restricting your listings to US buyers will not prevent buyers who use a freight forwarder in the US from purchasing.
