Im from Ukraine
The buyer from Brazil does not respond and did not provide a CPF code
What can I do?
My thoughts: I want to wait for an answer before the order processing time expires (it's 3 days) then, if the buyer does not answer, I want to cancel the order due to problems with the address, make a refund
Will I get a defect or will it not be in this case? Thank you all for the advice

If the buyer does not respond by your handling time, you can cancel the order as "Problem with address". This will not give you a ding.
*note* to other readers/responders - Since 2020 Brazil requires the CPF code (Tax ID) of the person that is receiving a shipment in Brazil from outside of Brazil. Without the CPF code, the shipment will be rejected at Brazil customs and be returned to sender or destroyed.

Brazil is a country with extremely difficult import regulations. I cannot imagine it being worth the risks of shipping to Brazil.
Fortunately, I am in the US and protected from the problems should a Brazilian buyer purchase my item, I use EIS. Otherwise they would be on my list of countries I will not ship to.

I'll hope for the best, but maybe Brazil will have to be closed because my first order there got on my nerves
