I just ordered some bulk hand sanitizer a couple of days ago. The seller posted a tracking number as 'WILL tracking', only a 12 digit number. So far it says 'tracking number provided'. I'm waiting to see if it shows movement, but I've never heard of this particular tracking/shipping before. Any one know anything about it? I'm a little skittish, because of the recent proliferation of unknown, fly-by-night shippers that don't deliver.
