HOW TO GET REFUND FOR CANCELLED SHIPPING LABELS IF USPS DOES NOT REFUND.

I CANCELLED 3 SHIPPING LABELS I MISTAKENLY ORDERED ON E-BAY WHEN TRYING TO SHIP AN ITEM I SOLD.    E-BAY SAYS IT MAY TAKE 21 DAYS FOR USPS TO APPROVE REFUND.  WHAT HAPPENS IF THEY DON'T CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH THE AMOUNT?   THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IS USELESS.  HOW TO CONTACT AN EBAY REPRESENTATIVE.  ANY IDEAS?   THANKS.

If you indeed voided the shipping labels, your refund will hit several weeks later.

The eBay customer service reps cannot speed up the process. When USPS approves and issues the refund, ebay will in turn credit your account.

If you voided the shipping labels and they don't get any scans, shouldn't be a problem getting a refund, just takes a little while.

Remember you will never be notified of the credit, either.  It is just sent, so you need to check your account for the refund.   I've never had an issue getting a refund

The refund will hit your seller account & then get processed like any other proceeds of a sale. Be on the lookout for those type of messages.
