USPS statement package pending acceptance since the 19th, seller will not communicate, I live in TN item is in GA. Should not take over 2 weeks..........help please.

Go to your account and check when the last date for delivery is. If it has past that date on the pull down menu mark that you have not gotten your item. This will get ebay involved.

Go to your purchase of this item and file a claim for Item Not Received. That will protect your money and get the ball rolling on getting answers.

File a case with the PO. I recently had the same thing happen with a company I deal with monthly. They said that they were getting multiple call from customers and all of the MIA packages were shipped on te same day. With the holiday rush things get crazy. The case that I opened solved the problem. All of a sudden the tracking kicked in at a different distribution point. Package arrived late but did arrive.
