hi, I am from Canada and just sold 2 items, one to the US and one to Canada, both items have this message:

Sorry, we couldn't find a delivery service for this order.The post from address has an error, please check your eBay account settings.

What does this mean and how can I fix it? THANK YOU

You are currently on the US site.  The problem might be that you are trying to print a label on this site rather than on .ca.   Sign out of .com and back into .ca and  double check that you are trying to do the label on .ca

If you are getting this error when you are trying to print the label on .ca, check your address on the label page.  On the right side of the label page under 'ship from' there is an edit link.  Check to see if you are choosing your correct address.
