Somone marked my previous post as SPAM- Please don't, I need HELP here, its a legitimate concern and I am a long time ebay user.
Very specific to my label maker (Brother QL-570)- but last week my laptop crashed and so I had a new hard drive installed. I called Brother and they walked me through to re-install the printer drivers. Now my labels are a disaster. The dimensions that I have always used and workedf fine before (2 3/7x4) are now not printing accurately and I can't figure out the correct settings. It prints like 5 labels at a time, some with text on them, so blank.
An ebay CS rep asked for a screenshot of what the print page looks like, but basically the label is surrounded by a bunch of white space. Formerly it was a nice clean rectangle with no white space. Its taken literally 6 hours of my day to try to configure between Brother and Ebay. No resolve. Anyone have any thoughts? I've also tried to save a PDF and adjust the dimensions and it still prints like 5 labels and the shipping label doesn't match up at all.
This is beyond frustrating!
Should I just cut my losses and by a DYMO?! Im worried that I will just have to go through this setting nightmare with whatever label maker I install and have to figure out the dimensions in ebays wonky print settings.

In your Printer Preferences, your label length is too short. Set this to at least 7".
Also, thermal printers often work best with ebay/PayPal when the browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.
Give each of the above a try. If still a problem come back with further details, including OS and browser you are using.
