HELP! I messed up a setting and now every new listing wants a "SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY"

HELP PLEASE!!!

I have a small eBay store and have been listing a few items a day for a few years now.
After recently being burned on "American Protectorate" locations, I decided I would no longer ship to those areas being the tracking information is so unreliable. 
 
I went into the "Business Policies" section, hoping to do a BULK EDIT, to select which countries or areas I would and would not ship to. 

NOW, EVERY LISTING has these sections that need to be filled out, RIGHT UNDER the item description that are require me to state:
PAYMENT POLICY, SHIPPING POLICY, RETURN POLICY. Each have three options of either "VIEW" "EDIT" or CREATE" a policy.  HOW DO I GO BACK TO NOT HAVING THESE OPTIONS?
When I change a shipping fee in one listing, it's changing them in all my listings!  

I've spent countless hours trying to figure this one out and I just can't get it sorted. 

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

@lecab-28 If you don't want to use business policies, all you need to do is opt out and your listings will go back to the way they were before.

Manage and edit policies, or disable them to go back to how you used to set up your listings on this page.

Edit to add: If you opt out of biz policies you can:

1. bulk edit your listings to apply the shipping exclusion OR

2. go to this page and apply an account level shipping exclusion: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
