Ground Advantage QR codes - Still working on it?

I just called again, they are still working on the Ground Advantage QR codes. The problem wasn’t solved overnight, as promised. I want to let people know before they attempt again to mail their “Ground Advantage” QR packages. I am on the West Coast. What adds to the frustration is that even the CS agent wasn’t even aware of the problem!
