I told a customer to hold off paying for a purchase for a couple of days. I am waiting to hear if we can generate QR codes again? I called eBay on another matter this morning, then ask the agent about the QR codes. He said people were able to use their QR codes that were “already” generated. Okay, what about generating new codes?? He said something else that made no sense to me at all, he said, “it depends on your local office”. What!? This is extremely frustrating from a former CSR years ago. We were more informed about current issues - problems with far less technology. Can eBay please keep us posted on what is going on, until the issue is resolved? Out of professional courtesy to say the least. Thanks.

Thank you. Yes, I saw that yesterday, but there is nothing about today, 7/12. That is the reason why I made the post to ask kindly to keep us updated. Yesterday is gone, as they say. Plus, the conflicting information, I received from the customer service representative, this morning.
