Got a refund for item but not for shipping back

Bought a radiator for car.The item wasnt fitted my car altough seller wrote in description it was for that type of car.Payed 54 euros for package.After open a case seller offered a refund.I asked 3 times who will pay costs for shipping back package  and seller answered "send the item and you will get refund" .I payed 34 euros for sending that back and of course he just refunded me 54 euros.I cant contact ebay customer service because they dissabled that after you receive refund.I'm a member of ebay for 9 years now with 320 purchases,but this will be my last!!!!

It’s up to the seller to reimburse you. eBay can only make him refund the original amount of the purchase. If you didn’t receive a prepaid label from the seller or the money to return the item upfront you needed to ask eBay to step in. Since you paid out of pocket, it’s now up to the seller to reimburse you.

How can i ask ebay to step in when there is no option for that anywhere?The seller is not responding anymore...

You can’t. You have to do it before you return the item. It’s now between you and the seller.
