Shipping status shows the item was delivered

Hi Seller Name,

An update to shipping status shows the item has arrived.

If that's not the case, the buyer has 24 hours to ask us to step in and help. If we don't hear back from the buyer, this request will be closed and the hold on this transaction will be removed.

I received the above notification in the Message Center. I didn't receive notifications for the packages that arrived on December 26th and 28th. I noticed movement on some packages when I checked last night.

Since a long time now- a year or two.

I have an INR hanging open with funds on hold since 12/7 even though the item was delivered on 12/5. There's an option for me to ask eBay to step in and help, but I don't trust that will close out the case in my favor.

Since buyers can call anyone a liar and ebay will believe them... even the USPS.

I had this happen and called eBay and asked them to close it in my favor because the tracking shows it delivered. They did and it closed.
