Global shipping program & Greece, How long does it to ship, and why its so slow ?

Hello,

I made a purchase from a seller using  the Ebay Global Shipping Program to Greece,  but it takes so long to get a tracking number from the  Pitney bowes company.

It shows that my item is stuck in their distribution center in Kentucky , since  FEB 6th and it was sent to them since the FEB 4th.

I wonder if anyone knows if there is anyway to contact them ? Or how long i have to wait average so they ship the item from their distribution center .

The best information will be to look at the estimated delivery date that is provided by eBay (it should be on your My eBay >> Purchase History page)  ... that date factors in such things as transport time, delays through Pitney Bowes, and customs delays.

No i dont think thats accurate, it sasy by 18th feb and now is already 13th and i dont see a tracking update or something. Parcel still shows its on their distribution center. Thats ridiculus
