The GSP program can be more expensive especially for Canadian shipments from the US. Of course, if the seller only uses GSP for international shipments the buyer is faced with the decision to buy from that seller or move on. Personally, owing to the state of most postal systems because of the pandemic, I'd probably simply not offer international shipping as a seller or purchase internationally at this time, if possible.

After two months of shipping the package to my buyer in Germany, the USPS has told me that they have sent a package back to me. I am waiting to receive it and my buyer will get his full refund, if the USPS will not delivery the package to my buyer in Germany.
Luckily, I have sent a package to Netherlands on June 12, 2020 by USPS and USPS tracking information system has shown that package is delivered. Have a great time from buying and selling on eBay.

Just updating this thread with some more information. I came across this thread while investigating tracking for GSP packages, and found that the LPKEN tracking number is used by WNDirect, which handles some of the GSP packages between Pitney Bowes and the local post office or local courier that handles the final delivery. An LPKEN number can be tracked here:

And in this case, bogdan.r's package was delivered about a week after his last post on this thread on 6/16/20.

I’m now thinking this item may have been sent through an early incarnation of eBay Send / eBay International Standard Delivery rather than the Global Shipping Program.
