Sold luxury boots to France via ebay GSP, status delivered 12.14.2017 after attempt/storage. Buyer opens paypal dispute INR, did not contact me through ebay. Experienced sellers any advice please?

Enter the tracking information into the Paypal dispute and then call them on the phone to get the case closed in your favor.

In addition to providing evidence of delivery to PayPal for the case to be stricken, you may also wish to report this buyer to ebay.
