Global Shipping using Intelcom in Canada

Intelcom drivers are stealing my purchases, in January they used Covid as an excuse to not get a signature, the latest package I received 31 emails from Intelcom saying my package on the way and will be delivered in 3 hours, then later at night i receive another email saying it was returned to warehouse, then after me filing complaints the emails stopped but still no package, why is Global shipping using these thieves, today i was notified my most recent purchase was in their thieving hands so here we go again, and the thing is my items are rare items and I won the auction forces than what their value, the whole idea of auctions isn't it, but all i get is my money back formal the frustration and anguish Intelcom causes, please only ship with Canada post,

It should say ,I won the auction for less than what the value but the auto fill did what it wanted.

I assume your seller was using the gsp?  The gsp often uses Intelcom to deliver gsp packages in Canada and I have read about a few problems with those deliveries.   If you do have a problem with this delivery, make sure that do complain to eBay.   I don’t know if will help but it is worth a try.  Contact ebay customer service on Facebook as they are often the most helpful.

because ebay (or GSP partner) wants to use cheaper (and worse) parcel service to extract more values from already high GSP postage.

not sure how much Canada buyers pay for GPS shipping fee, here for US buyers purchase from UK via GSP, even a 2-3 pound book may cost 35-50GBP GSP shipping fee, even ebay claim it is "international priority shipping", it usually need 2 weeks to deliver via its (usually Pitney Bowes) partner, much higher price and slower speed than direct shipment from post office, to compare, UK large booksellers can use some 3rd party shipping partners like OSM WORLDWIDE to provide free shipping on books from UK to US, what a greedy ebay and GSP!

I usually saw a book listed for 10 GBP need 40GBP to ship from UK to US via GSP's slow service, that is to say, for one trades, GSP earns multiple times as seller.
