Global Shipping Program

We have shipped many items with the Global Shipping Program. The option for the Global Shipping has been removed from our listings. I have called EBAY customer service three times and they don not why it is gone. Anyone else having this problem?

I don't think MANAGED PAYMENTS supports Global Shipping protections.   You ship at "your own risk" because if customer claim "not as described" YOU have to pay all shipping costs.

MP has supported the gsp for quite a while now.

Have you tried adding the option back on to your listings?

Go into site preferences and make sure it's still selected.  It's under shipping preferences and you are either enrolled or not and can edit from there to re-enroll.
