Hi,
I'm an eBay user in UK and purchased an eBay item from a seller in New York who has shipped it under the Global Shipping Program to UK. Its my first time using the Global Shipping Program so not 100% sure how it works. The seller has given me a UPS Ground tracking # which is saying the shipment is on its way to Erlanger,KY. From Erlanger, will UPS ship it via their own international route to UK? If so, will UPS use their premium international shipping route or the cheap as chips (slow!) service such as iparcel? Postage was listed as 'International Priority Shipping to United Kingdom' in the eBay listing. Also how will I get the tracking number from the US to UK leg of the shipment, whether that's by UPS or another carrier?
Cheers

You will be sent a second tracking number once the item has been shipped. No one but the shipping center knows what carrier will be used.

I'm not quite sure how shipping it to Oregon would help as far as sales tax goes. However, being that this has gone through the GSP program, it will carry international shipping charges that include VAT and any other duty your country charges.

I think that priority international is just a term that they use, it doesn’t mean that they will use an express service. I’m not sure who the use from Kentucky onwards but they don’t use USPS.
