Global Shipping Program Problems

I'm Living in Nova Scotia and ordered an Exhaust Pipe from the U.S. on July 3rd

The Seller had Chose the Global Shipping Program..


In 2 Days the Item went from BETHPAGE, NY to Erlanger, KY - 600 miles in the Opposite Direction from it's Destination.. and Sits there for 20 DAYS without an UPDATE but Says "Delivered".

I check the Fed Ex Site and it tells me that it's Signed for :

Delivered Thursday 7/09/2020 at 4:55 pm

DELIVERED Signed for by: BMCHARGUE

I sent the Seller a Message - They Did Not Reply.

I go to file "Item Not Received"  - I see a Message to "Contact the Seller - No Option to File a Claim.

I also see this Article Regarding the Same Situation...but does not Provide an Outcome.

What about using PayPal for a Refund?

Suggestions Please.

Unfortunately, it is out of the sellers hands now. Once it reached the GSC, eBay took over and is now responsible to get it to you.  Check back tomorrow as today is the estimated delivery date. You may be able to file a claim then.

Hi, I'm currently going through the exact same thing. 

I ordered an expensive item and it's been stuck in the global shipping Center for 30 days.

My tracking number shows exactly what yours does - "arrived at global shipping Center - delivered". 

The "delivered" means delivered to the global shipping center, not delivered to you. 

I'm gonna open an item not received case tomorrow.

I filed a Claim for "Item Not Received"; and Received a Full Refund as reads-

Final decision:
The case has been closed in your favor.

We're sorry you had a problem with your purchase. Unfortunately your item was lost en route to you. We're issuing you a refund for this case.

I am now left wondering - whom gave the Refund; eBay?

Delivered July 4 to GSC, estimate date July 28.  I opened case on the 29th. It said to Contact seller, I did and a he said was delivered. Now I have to wait till Aug 4 to ask eBay to step in. Stupid!

The global shipping center is in Kentucky that's where all international packages with gsp go first   

The seller was only responsible to get it to Kentucky. Gsp was responsible to get it to you the rest of the way.   Corona has slowed it all down unfortunately.  eBay will refund you if it has not been received by the time you can escalate
